Since ancient times, people have said, “If you want to know someone, travel with them.”
Travel reveals a person’s true nature — their attitude toward money, daily habits, character, and consideration for others. It is not unusual to hear stories of couples whose relationship deteriorates on their honeymoon and who divorce soon afterward.
Before setting out on a “real trip,” why not try a simulation — an “air trip” — first?
Each person answers the same 10 A/B questions.
After each question, reveal your answers. At the end, your result is based on how many answers matched.
There are no right or wrong answers.
Answer without discussing it. Choose what you yourself would do.
However, it is OK to predict your partner’s answer and secretly match it.
One person creates a room, and the other joins using a 6-digit room code. You can use two phones, or combinations such as a PC and phone or tablet and phone.
The first person to answer cannot see the other person’s answer until both have answered. Once both answers are in, they are revealed together.
Firebase / Firestore is used to synchronize the game across two devices.
A/B answers are also added anonymously to aggregate response statistics, and are used to show overall answer trends in Travel Fortune.
This is a game that uses the number of matching answers as a playful measure of compatibility.
Don’t take the result too seriously. Questions where you disagreed can be especially good conversation starters.
